NUVA launches HOME token for offshore exposure to U.S. home credit
The company says eligible investors can start with 1 USDC as it targets a 7.0% annual yield from a vault holding U.S. home equity lines of credit.
CoinDesk reports that NUVA is bringing U.S. residential mortgage credit exposure to offshore investors through its HOME token.
The token is designed to give eligible investors access to a vault of U.S. home equity lines of credit, with an entry point starting from 1 USDC.
CoinDesk says the product targets a 7.0% annual yield.
