PulteGroup plans first Explore by Del Webb homes in Utah
The first community under the Explore by Del Webb lifestyle brand is planned for about 900 homes at Jordanelle Ridge near Park City.
HousingWire reports that PulteGroup will expand its Explore by Del Webb lifestyle brand to Utah, with the first community planned for the Jordanelle Ridge master-planned development near Park City.
The outlet says Explore by Del Webb launched in 2025 and targets Gen X buyers and similar demographics, and it already has communities selling in Florida, Ohio and California, with more locations planned nationally.
According to HousingWire, the Utah project, Explore by Del Webb Jordanelle Ridge, is planned for about 900 homes and will be minutes from Park City and Deer Valley, as part of the roughly 8,000-acre Jordanelle Ridge plan.
The company announcement highlighted amenities planned for the community, including a clubhouse, a 10-acre lake, a pool, a fitness center and pickleball, plus a localized version of the Explore concept for Utah’s Wasatch Back.
