Spot & Tango and MediaRadar lease nearly 32,000 sq. ft. at 11 Bryant Park

The deals were structured for five-year terms, with asking rent at $75 to $95 per square foot, according to CBRE.

Commercial Observer reports that Spot & Tango and MediaRadar have signed for close to 32,000 square feet of office space at 11 Bryant Park Plaza in Midtown Manhattan.

Spot & Tango took 15,931 square feet on the entire seventh floor, while MediaRadar moved from a sublease at the property to a direct deal for 15,931 square feet on the eighth floor, according to landlord broker CBRE.

Both leases were for a five-year term, and CBRE said asking rent in the building, owned by AM Property Holdings, Axonic Capital and Eyn Holdings, was $75 to $95 per square foot.

CBRE’s Neil King said in a statement that the leasing activity reflects strong demand for well-located buildings with character, convenience, and modern amenities.
