TCS posts Q2 profit of ₹13,884 crore and declares ₹12 dividend
Revenue rose 11.2% year over year to ₹73,188 crore, while quarterly net revenue increased 1.3% sequentially.
Tata Consultancy Services reported consolidated Q2 results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, under Ind AS and IFRS. The company said net profit came in at ₹13,884 crore, with net margins at 19%.
TCS posted Q2 revenue of ₹73,188 crore, up 11.2% year over year in Indian rupee terms. On a sequential basis, net revenue increased 1.3% for the July to September 2026 quarter.
The company also reported 1.2% growth in international revenue in constant currency terms during the quarter. Separately, TCS said annualised AI-led revenue grew 10% to $3.10 billion during Q2FY27.
TCS declared a dividend of ₹12 per share for eligible shareholders. During the quarter, the company launched the Consumer Business Group Gemini Experience Centre in Kolkata, built with Google Cloud and Google Gemini models.
