TCS declares second interim dividend of ₹12 per share for FY27

Tata Consultancy Services set Oct. 14, 2026 as the record date and scheduled the dividend payment for Oct. 30, 2026.

Tata Consultancy Services Limited has declared a second interim dividend for FY27 of ₹12 per equity share of ₹1 face value, the company said in a filing to the BSE on Oct. 8.

The IT services firm fixed Oct. 14, 2026 as the record date, meaning investors need to hold the stock before that date to qualify for the payout.

TCS said the declared dividend will be paid on Oct. 30, 2026 to eligible shareholders whose names appear in the company’s records.
