Three fashion brands sign leases at 231 West 39th Street

Rino & Pelle leased 3,332 square feet, Valentina Kova took 1,594 square feet, and Sister NY signed for 900 square feet, according to the landlord broker Adams & Company.

Three women’s apparel brands have leased office and showroom space at 231 West 39th Street in Manhattan’s Garment District, landlord broker and building manager Adams & Company announced, Commercial Observer reports.

Rino & Pelle, a Netherlands-based women’s fashion and accessories brand, signed a 3,332-square-foot lease at the 12-story building, while luxury women’s wear and fine jewelry brand Valentina Kova took 1,594 square feet. Ready-to-wear resort attire retailer Sister NY also leased 900 square feet at the property.

Adams & Company said the length of each lease and the asking rents were not disclosed. The company added that Jeff Buslik represented the landlord, 231/249 West 39 Street Associates, in all three deals.

The article cites Colliers data showing the average asking rent for office space in Midtown was $85.08 per square foot in the third quarter of 2026, and CBRE data showing the average asking rent for retail space in nearby Herald Square was $403 per square foot during the same period.
