Toll Brothers buys West Chelsea development sites for $45 million
The acquired properties total 8,738 square feet and sit next to a Toll Brothers site it purchased in February for $53 million.
Toll Brothers, through its Toll Brothers City Living condo development division, has acquired a development site in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood for $45 million, Commercial Observer reports.
The deal covers properties at 126-128 10th Avenue and 456 West 18th Street from the Nanis family.
The assembled land totals 8,738 square feet and adjoins 118 10th Avenue, a vacant lot Toll Brothers bought in February for $53 million to develop a condo building.
Toll Brothers filed plans with the New York City Department of Buildings on Oct. 5 for a 240,000-square-foot project at 118 10th Avenue, including 105 units and about 20,000 square feet of commercial space, with amenities designed by CookFox, such as a pool, sauna, cold plunge, and playroom.
