XRP spot ETFs hold about $1.7 billion, with $3.1 million inflows on Oct. 6
Maketo data show the five tracked US spot XRP ETFs logged $3.14 million of aggregate net inflows on Oct. 6, while Franklin and Canary recorded outflows.
XRP traded around $1.43 on Oct. 7, down 5.46% over 24 hours, as attention turned to spot XRP ETF flows. CryptoSlate cited market data from tracker Maketo showing the five tracked US spot XRP ETFs held an estimated $1.7 billion at the previous day’s close.
Maketo estimated the holdings total at about 1.13 billion XRP at the Oct. 6 close, valuing coins at its own daily closing price. It also noted that some holdings are estimated when issuers do not publish a coin count.
For flows, Maketo’s flow data showed $3.14 million of aggregate net inflows on Oct. 6. CryptoSlate said the sector still had withdrawals as well as additions, with Franklin and Canary recording outflows on that date.
CryptoSlate added that exchange-wallet declines used in supply-squeeze narratives can be complicated by storage migrations that leave coins under the same exchange’s control. It reported that about $11 million entered Bitwise’s fund on the rounded daily breakdown, while Franklin saw roughly $4.1 million leaving.
