Alterra IOS acquires fully leased industrial property in Rosedale, Md.

The acquisition covers 4.7 usable acres with 22,500 square feet of building improvements, and it marks Alterra’s seventh Baltimore MSA purchase.

Alterra IOS expanded its Baltimore-area portfolio with the acquisition of a fully leased industrial property at 9729 Philadelphia Road in Rosedale, Maryland, ConnectCRE reported.

The site includes 4.7 usable acres and 22,500 square feet of building improvements, and it is located near I-95 and I-695, according to the outlet.

ConnectCRE said the transaction represents Alterra’s seventh acquisition in the Baltimore MSA, and that Andrew Meeder of MacKenzie Companies assisted the deal.

The property placement in Rosedale positions it along a freight corridor connecting Baltimore with Philadelphia, New York, and the broader Northeast, ConnectCRE added.
