ARMLS expands HouseCanary integration to bring opt-in listings to Google mobile

ARMLS said it serves more than 38,000 subscribers across most of Arizona and will let participating brokerages opt in for mobile search visibility via the Google Listings Program.

HousingWire reports that Arizona Regional MLS, known as ARMLS, signed a data agreement with HouseCanary to make opt-in broker listings eligible to appear in Google mobile search through the Google Listings Program.

Under the deal, participating brokerages can opt in so their active listings may surface in a carousel at the top of Google’s mobile search results, with property details shown alongside the listing agent’s name, brokerage attribution, and click-to-contact options.

HousingWire added that consumers can click through to a listing detail page that includes more information on the home and the agent’s name, and listings will be displayed in line with ARMLS rules.

ARMLS participation is opt in, and brokerages can also enroll directly through HouseCanary, according to HousingWire.
