GID has purchased nine warehouse buildings and one vacant parcel for $119.5 million in Woodland Business Park in Charlotte, according to ConnectCRE.
The site is off Starita Road near the junction of Interstate 85 and Interstate 77, and Capital One provided financing for the acquisition, the outlet reported.
ConnectCRE also said the seller was La Caisse, a Canada-based global investment group and institutional pension fund, which acquired the properties in 2017 for $51 million.
The portfolio includes buildings ranging from about 30,000 square feet to 140,000 square feet, with tenants such as Wyda Packaging, Ryder Integrated Logistics, R.E. Michel Co., Chun Yu Works USA, and Turmerry.
