High Street Residential breaks ground on 435-unit Dallas apartment project

The Class A community is set to complete by summer 2028 on a former office site at 5550 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has broken ground on a 435-unit Class A multifamily community in Dallas, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.

The project is being developed with Acram Group as co-general partners, and Parse Capital providing preferred equity, and it will repurpose a former office site into a mixed-income residential community.

ConnectCRE reports completion is expected by summer 2028 on about 5.4 acres within an 8.6-acre redevelopment site at 5550 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.

The development will include a five-story and a seven-story residential building, with amenities such as a clubroom, co-working space, sports lounge, resort-style swimming pool, and grilling areas.
