Longbridge Financial promotes Larissa Morrell to VP of product development
Morrell will lead product strategy across Longbridge’s reverse mortgage and senior-focused home equity lines, including reverse mortgages and HELOC products tailored to homeowners 55 and older.
Longbridge Financial promoted Larissa Morrell to vice president of product development, tasking her with leading the lender’s product strategy across its reverse mortgage and senior-focused home equity lines, HousingWire reports.
According to the company announcement, Morrell will work across product, technology, operations, compliance, and sales to move new offerings from concept through implementation.
Longbridge said the promotion comes as it continues investing in understanding the needs of homeowners age 55 and older and expanding its home equity product set, including reverse mortgages and home equity lines of credit tailored to seniors.
Morrell has more than 20 years in mortgage, and prior roles include Reverse Mortgage Funding and MetLife, HousingWire notes, adding that she helped launch the company’s HELOC For Seniors and expand its proprietary Platinum reverse portfolio.
