TFG London investigates cyber incident affecting Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles

TFG London said stores are operating normally, while it is checking whether any customer sensitive information was impacted.

TFG London, the UK arm of retail conglomerate The Foschini Group, said it is investigating a cyber security incident it identified on Sunday that affected some IT systems.

The company said the incident specifically impacted its Phase Eight, Hobbs, and Whistles brands, and that it is actively investigating and working with external cyber security specialists.

TFG London said its brands' stores are operating as normal, but some website capabilities may be unavailable, and it apologized to customers for any disruption.

The retail group also told customers it does not believe their payment information was affected, and it is continuing to determine whether any sensitive information related to customers was impacted, BBC Business reports.
