TFG London says Hobbs and Whistles hack may have exposed customer data
The company identified the cybersecurity incident on Sunday and paused all online orders as a precaution.
TFG London, the owner of Phase Eight and the brands Hobbs and Whistles, said its websites and IT systems were hit by a cyber-attack that may have compromised customers personal data, according to The Guardian Business.
The company said it identified the cybersecurity incident at the three UK-based retail chains on Sunday. It added that its other UK brands, Inside Story and White Stuff, were not affected.
TFG London said Hobbs and Whistles stores remained open and trading continued, but some IT systems remain unavailable. As a precautionary measure, it paused all online orders.
The company said an investigation is ongoing to determine whether any personal or other sensitive information was compromised.
