Ag Growth International names Haaris Uddin CFO effective Aug. 4

The company said interim CFO Nicolle Parker will continue leading finance until Uddin takes over on Aug. 4.

Ag Growth International Inc. has named Haaris Uddin its chief financial officer, effective Aug. 4, the company said. Uddin will join the executive team and report to Paul Brisebois, Ag Growth’s president and chief executive officer.

Interim CFO Nicolle Parker, who took over after the resignation of Jim Rudyk, will continue to lead the finance function until Uddin’s effective date, according to the announcement.

Ag Growth said Uddin brings public company finance leadership and international operating experience. Brisebois added that the executive’s background in listed-company reporting, governance, and cross-border operations will support the company’s strategy and long-term business strengthening.

Uddin has served as CFO of Medicure Inc. since 2022, and prior to that he was CFO of Waverley Pharma Inc. The statement also noted he began his career at E&Y as an auditor and is a chartered professional accountant.
