Rechat launches Testimonials tool to centralize agent client reviews

The free feature lets agents collect and automatically reuse reviews in listing presentations and marketing campaigns from within Rechat, aiming to strengthen online reputations.

Rechat launched a free Testimonials feature designed to help real estate agents collect, manage, and automatically use client reviews across their marketing, listing materials, and campaigns within the Rechat platform. HousingWire reports that the tool is integrated alongside contacts, transactions, and marketing capabilities, so testimonials can populate assets from Marketing Center without agents switching between multiple services or relying on screenshots and email threads.

The company said integrated testimonials matter as consumers and AI assistants increasingly factor online reviews into agent recommendations. According to the National Association of Realtors 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, reputation is the most important factor sellers consider when selecting an agent, and 49% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations, HousingWire noted.

Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi said buyers and sellers often read reviews before meeting an agent, and he argued that AI assistants can influence which agents get recommended based on online reputation. Once a testimonial is collected, Rechat said it becomes available for use across marketing channels inside its platform.
