HousingWire reports that Ryan Serhant has partnered with HeyGen to launch @HeySerhant, a yearlong AI avatar channel that will publish original content daily using an avatar modeled on Serhant’s likeness and voice.
The initiative is designed to help real estate agents and entrepreneurs maintain a consistent online presence without giving up client time, with Serhant approving topics and messaging.
HousingWire says the project will measure success by leads, engagement, and trust, not just views.
In an interview with HousingWire, Serhant said the content focuses on themes he already discusses, including real estate, building a brand, leadership, sales, and growing a business.
