Aon appoints Nick Komissarov to lead North America life consulting

Aon has appointed Nick Komissarov as Head of Life Consulting for North America within its Strategy and Technology Group, effective immediately, according to Reinsurance News.

Komissarov, based in California, will lead Aon’s life sector consulting capabilities, with a focus on helping clients address opportunities tied to capital optimization, profitable growth, and regulatory adherence as they navigate volatility and build resilience.

Aon said its Life Solutions team delivers a suite of services across the life sector, combining actuarial advisory supported by its PathWise life actuarial modelling technology and its life reinsurance broking capabilities to provide a broader offering for life and annuity reinsurers, asset managers, private equity firms, and other stakeholders.

Komissarov joins Aon from WTW, where he served as North American life practice sales leader and M&A leader, and previously held roles at John Hancock and Resolution Life, Reinsurance News reported.
