Lockton appoints Jeremie Deschamps to lead Cyber Advisory in Asia

Deschamps is based in Singapore and will oversee Lockton’s cyber advisory proposition for strengthening cyber resilience, risk management, and risk transfer across Asia.

Lockton, a privately held independent insurance brokerage, has appointed Jeremie Deschamps as Regional Head of Cyber Advisory for Asia, based in Singapore. In the role, he will lead the broker’s Cyber Advisory proposition across the region, working with existing teams to support clients on cyber resilience, risk management, and risk transfer.

Reinsurance News said Deschamps brings nearly two decades of experience spanning traditional cybersecurity engineering, industrial cyber resilience programs, cyber risk quantification, economic modeling, and OT/ICS security, along with cyber insurance advisory.

Before joining Lockton, Deschamps most recently served at Marsh Asia as Vice President, Cyber Risk Consulting. Earlier roles included senior consulting work at firms such as EY, as well as experience at Deloitte and in cybersecurity and IT management roles.

Lockton said cyber risk is now a strategic, board level priority for organizations across industries, and that Deschamps’ technical expertise is expected to help clients better understand, quantify, and manage their cyber exposures across Asia.
