Willis appoints Pryce to lead Southeast Asia corporate risk broking
The appointments are effective January 4, 2027, with Pryce based in Singapore and replacing Rupert Roberts, who moves into a newly created Asia commercial role.
Willis has named Oliver Pryce as Head of Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) for Southeast Asia and Rupert Roberts as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Asia, with both appointments taking effect January 4, 2027.
Based in Singapore, Pryce will take over the CRB Southeast Asia role from Roberts, who will transition into a newly created position. Willis said Pryce will lead the regional business and work with senior leadership to strengthen capabilities and client relationships.
Willis said Pryce returns to the firm after five years at another international broker, where he built a leadership track record across Asia. The company noted he has relationships spanning clients, insurers, reinsurers, and other market stakeholders, and will focus on accelerating growth in one of Asia’s “most strategically important growth clusters.”
For Roberts, Willis said his new mandate will be to accelerate and optimize the firm’s commercial strategy across the region, covering the full client lifecycle from origination through to conversion, retention, and expansion. The broker added that he will lead an end-to-end commercial effort integrating sales, large accounts, bid management, and industry specialties.
