Lofty adds one-click Showami integration for on-demand showings
The integration brings Showami’s 215,000-agent network, including a 97% pickup rate, into the Lofty CRM workflow for about 80,000 U.S. users.
Showami and Lofty have launched a one-click integration that lets real estate agents request and track on-demand showings from within the Lofty CRM. The connection brings Showami’s marketplace, backed by a network of 215,000 licensed agents and a reported 97% showing pickup rate, into Lofty’s lead portal.
Lofty said roughly 80,000 U.S.-based Lofty users can access the integration through the Lofty Marketplace and connect an existing Showami account. Once connected, agents can launch Showami from the Lofty dashboard, with showing requests tracked and logged in Lofty alongside lead and client data.
The companies framed the update as part of brokerages’ push for integrated technology stacks that improve productivity while enabling flexible showing coverage. Showami CEO Matt Kuchar said the goal is to help agents stay responsive and protect their time by making access to reliable showing coverage easier within the tools they already use.
Lofty’s vice president of growth, Andrew Wild, said the connection is intended to help users respond faster to client demand, comparing the experience to an “Uber for showings.” The partners said on-demand showing tools have gained traction as agents seek coverage for larger territories and higher lead volumes without adding full-time staff.
