SeyRe Global names Shahina Chattun as CFO

Chattun joins SeyRe Global from Dream Yacht Charter, where she served as Group Accounting Manager.

Seychelles Reinsurance Global Ltd, known as SeyRe Global, has promoted Shahina Chattun to chief financial officer, the reinsurance firm said. The company is a Barbados-based Class 2 insurer and reinsurer.

Chattun brings experience spanning audit, accounting, corporate finance, tax compliance, and IFRS reporting, SeyRe Global said. Before joining SeyRe Global, she worked at Dream Yacht Charter as Group Accounting Manager.

Earlier roles included Accounts Manager positions at Andersen in Mauritius and Business Solutions Professionals Ltd, according to the announcement. SeyRe Global said the appointment reflects her financial expertise, strategic leadership, and commitment to strengthening the company’s financial performance.
