AIG promotes Anouk Sireude to head Marine for Australia and New Zealand

The promotion expands her responsibilities to inland and ocean marine insurance across Australia and New Zealand.

American International Group, Inc. promoted Anouk Sireude to Head of Marine, Pacific, expanding her oversight to inland and ocean marine insurance across Australia and New Zealand, according to Reinsurance News.

Sireude joined AIG in August 2024 after more than eight years at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where she most recently worked as Senior Underwriter Marine.

Earlier roles included claims positions at Thomas Miller and A.P. Moller, Maersk, Reinsurance News reported.

AIG’s marine leadership said the company expects Sireude’s experience in the marine market to support growth of its Pacific portfolio.
