Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang meets Japanese executives at yakitori dinner

The meeting, held near Kanda Station in Tokyo, reportedly included executives from major Japanese semiconductor materials companies.

Nvidia chief executive Jensen Huang held a “yakitori summit” with Japanese executives while visiting Tokyo, a move that appears aimed at strengthening cooperation with local semiconductor supply chain partners, the SCMP Economy said.

According to the Nikkei, Huang attended the gathering at a yakitori restaurant near Kanda Station on Wednesday, entering after walking down a roughly 20-metre alley as waiting guests greeted him with applause.

SCMP Economy reported that executives from major Japanese materials and components companies were believed to have attended, where they deepened their ties with Huang.
