Willis launches embedded digital insurance program for subcontractors
The KwantSure program is embedded in Kwant’s workforce management platform and links to certificate of insurance tracking, aiming to let subcontractors get quotes and secure coverage within minutes.
Willis, a WTW business, has partnered with embedded insurance infrastructure provider Kayna and workforce management platform company Kwant to launch KwantSure, a digital insurance program for subcontractors.
KwantSure is embedded directly within Kwant’s platform, which supports 160,000 workers across the United States, and plugs into general contractors’ certificate of insurance tracking to give them real-time visibility into subcontractor insurance status.
The program combines Kayna’s embedded insurance technology, which streamlines insurance procurement within the workflow, with Willis’ Affinity expertise to tailor subcontractor coverages including General Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber, Business Owner’s Policy, and pay-as-you-go Workers’ Compensation.
Willis said the embedded approach streamlines purchasing and reduces administrative overhead, while quotes and coverage can be secured within minutes, helping contractors improve compliance and mitigate risk across projects.
