RLI appoints James H. Bradshaw to its board of directors
Bradshaw’s appointment took effect on July 15, 2026, and his initial term runs until RLI’s next annual shareholders’ meeting in May 2027.
RLI Corp., a US specialty insurer that sells property, casualty and surety insurance products, has appointed James H. Bradshaw to its Board of Directors, effective July 15, 2026, according to Reinsurance News.
Bradshaw’s initial term will continue until the company’s next annual shareholders’ meeting in May 2027, when he will be nominated for re-election by shareholders.
The insurer said the appointment is part of its ongoing board governance and oversight arrangements, and board chairman Dave Duclos welcomed the new director to the board.
