Aqua Capital buys 100,000 Energizer shares in insider transaction
The purchase was valued at a $20.21 weighted average price and lifted Aqua Capital's direct stake to 7,600,000 shares, about 11% of Energizer.
Aqua Capital Ltd., an insider entity of Energizer Holdings Inc. (NYSE:ENR), bought 100,000 shares of Energizer common stock across two transactions on July 13 and July 14, 2026, according to a Yahoo Finance summary of an SEC Form 4 filing.
The SEC filing lists a weighted average purchase price of $20.21 for the transaction. Based on Energizer's July 14, 2026 market close, the post-transaction value was $20.41 per share, the summary said.
After the trades, Aqua Capital directly holds 7,600,000 shares, representing an 11% ownership interest in Energizer, the summary added. It also noted that Energizer shares had delivered a one-year return of -8% as of the July 14 close.
Energizer Holdings manufactures and distributes battery and lighting products across multiple chemistries, and it reported TTM revenue of $3.0 billion and net income of $195.1 million, the summary said, with the company headquartered in Saint Louis and a market capitalization of $1.4 billion.
