AMD launches Helios rack AI system, adds Microsoft as customer
Helios is AMD’s first rack AI system, and Microsoft is among its new buyers alongside Meta, OpenAI, and Oracle.
AMD has launched Helios, its first rack AI system designed to compete with Nvidia in the AI hardware market, CNBC Markets reports.
The company also said Microsoft will be a new customer for Helios, joining an existing group that includes Meta, OpenAI, and Oracle, according to CNBC Markets.
