Clear Group revenue jumps 44% to £134 million in FY2025
Gross written premium rose 13% to £819.3 million, and adjusted EBITDA climbed 67% to £46.2 million.
Clear Group reported financial results for the year ended October 31, 2025, saying revenue increased 44% year over year to £134.0 million, up from £93.0 million.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 67% to £46.2 million, and the adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 34% from 31.3%, the company said. Gross written premium also increased 13% to £819.3 million from £728 million.
Clear attributed performance to execution of its long term growth strategy, including building out a diversified insurance distribution platform that combines retail broking with specialist wholesale and underwriting capabilities across five commercial pillars.
The firm said FY2025 was the first full year of operations for its London Markets pillar following the acquisition of Lilley Plummer Risks, and it reported headcount growth from 38 to 71 colleagues across London and Cyprus.
Mike Edgeley, Clear Group CEO, said the company delivered strong revenue growth, improved profitability, and continued organic growth, reflecting disciplined strategy execution and the strength of its multi pillar platform.
