Compass launches AI Assistant in its Home Platform for agents
Compass says the new tool will automate follow ups, saved searches, record updates, and daily briefings using an agent’s core business data.
Compass International Holdings has launched an AI Assistant embedded in its Home Platform, aiming to turn the software into an interactive workspace for real estate professionals. HousingWire reports the assistant lets agents describe what they want to do and have the system complete tasks on their behalf, rather than forcing users to learn separate tools.
The company said AI Assistant draws on an agent’s core business data, including contacts, pipeline, marketing activity, and upcoming tasks. That context is intended to power personalized daily briefings, highlight likely-to-sell opportunities, and handle administrative work such as updating records and creating follow ups.
Compass also said agents can use the assistant while traveling between appointments or preparing listing presentations. The tool can update client records, draft follow up emails, create saved searches, manage transactions, surface occasions like home anniversaries and birthdays, and schedule reminders without requiring agents to switch between multiple applications.
Compass plans a broader rollout in 2026, and said franchise access is planned for 2027. In remarks shared with the launch, Compass framed the assistant as a way to eliminate repetitive work so agents can spend more time advising clients and negotiating outcomes.
