Infinium Wall Systems leases 30,017 sq ft at 1359 Broadway
The deal brings Infinium’s New York City flagship to ESRT’s 22-story Herald Square property, but the asking rent and lease term were not disclosed.
Infinium Wall Systems has signed an office and retail lease totaling 30,017 square feet at Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT)’s 1359 Broadway in Midtown Manhattan, Commercial Observer reported.
ESRT said it is welcoming Infinium to the 22-story building and noted that modernized, well-located office space continues to draw demand in New York City. The landlord did not disclose the asking rent or the lease length.
The outlet reported that it is unclear whether Infinium is relocating from its current office and showroom at 44 East 32nd Street, but the company’s new space at the corner of West 36th Street will serve as its flagship store in New York City.
Commercial Observer added that 1359 Broadway, built in 1924, includes other tenants such as artificial intelligence company Scaled Cognition and nonprofit Braven. Colliers research cited an average Midtown office asking rent of $84.99 per square foot in the second quarter of 2026.
