Lovett and NewQuest to develop 2M-SF Seguin industrial park

The 164-acre Class A campus in Seguin, Texas will include both speculative buildings and build-to-suit space for uses like advanced manufacturing and high-power operations.

Lovett Industrial and NewQuest are teaming up to develop Seguin Exchange Commerce Park, a 164-acre Class A industrial campus in Seguin, Texas, ConnectCRE reports.

The project, part of NewQuest’s larger 544-acre Seguin Exchange, is expected to deliver more than 2.0 million square feet of industrial and manufacturing space at full build-out, with building sizes ranging from 30,000 to 1.3 million square feet.

Seguin Exchange Commerce Park will accommodate both speculative facilities and build-to-suit users, including advanced manufacturing, logistics, and high-power operations, the outlet said.

Leasing is being led by Ty Bragg, Lee Jordan, and Ford Douglass of Cavender & Hill, and the development’s shopping center anchoring Seguin Exchange is planned to total more than 750,000 square feet.
