Collegium Pharmaceutical leases 40,288 sq ft at One Lincoln in Boston

Collegium Pharmaceutical has signed a headquarters lease for 40,288 square feet at One Lincoln in Boston’s Financial District, according to ConnectCRE.

The company will take space on floors 11 and 12 at the 36-story office tower, adding a life science presence to a tenant roster that spans multiple industries.

Collegium is relocating from suburban Stoughton, Massachusetts, with the move scheduled for the first quarter of 2027, ConnectCRE reported.

ConnectCRE said the One Lincoln property was redeveloped in 2025, and that the lease highlights demand for well-located, highly activated office environments as market conditions shift.
