Strive adds 21 bitcoin, treasury rises to 19,921 BTC
Strive said cash and cash equivalents increased $3.3 million to $157.4 million as it funded the purchase.
Strive (ASST) said it bought 21 bitcoin for about $1.3 million, raising its bitcoin treasury to 19,921 BTC, according to an SEC filing published Monday. The company said the purchase took place between July 13 and July 17 at an average price of about $63,221 per coin.
The filing also showed Strive’s cash and cash equivalents rose $3.3 million to $157.4 million as of July 17, up from $154.1 million a week earlier. Strive said the buy lifted its holdings from 19,900 to 19,921 BTC.
Strive said its Class A shares outstanding climbed to 73,869,961 from 73,426,164 under its at-the-market program, while Class B shares fell by 3,335 to 9,800,012. The report was signed by CEO Matthew Cole.
