Adler Real Estate Partners buys four industrial buildings for $41.4M

The purchase included a $25.6 million loan from BankUnited and covers roughly 48,600 square feet per building, with all four properties about 97% occupied.

Adler Real Estate Partners acquired four industrial assets in Arrowridge Business Park in Charlotte for $41.4 million, according to ConnectCRE.

BankUnited provided a $25.6 million loan for the acquisition, which included the properties at 8041, 8107, 8227, and 8301 Arrowridge Blvd.

The four buildings total about 48,600 square feet each and feature 16-foot clear heights, with the portfolio reported as 97% occupied.

Cabot Properties was the seller. ConnectCRE said Cabot acquired the Charlotte properties in 2021 for $32.5 million, and the park was originally developed by Childress Klein in 1979.
