Atome launches Card Shield with Chubb Philippines
The Atome Card Shield costs $1 per month and covers eligible online shopping issues, including non delivery, mismatches, and theft or accidental damage within 30 days.
Atome has launched its Atome Card Shield in partnership with Chubb Philippines, adding online shopping protection for card purchases made through the Atome platform. The card costs $1 per month and provides coverage when an item does not arrive, does not match the seller’s description, or is accidentally damaged or stolen within 30 days of purchase. It also covers purchases made from fraudulent websites or fake sellers, along with unauthorized transactions made with the Atome Card. Coverager reports that Chubb first partnered with Atome in 2024 to co create insurance products for customers in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
