Bajaj Auto sets July 21 for Q1 results, seen with margin dip
Motilal Oswal expects June-quarter margins to fall 60 basis points to 20.2% while profit rises 31.5% year-on-year, supported by about 29% volume growth.
Bajaj Auto will announce its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with its board scheduled to meet on July 21, according to a filing cited by LiveMint Markets.
The company plans to hold an earnings conference call on July 21 at 6 pm to discuss its Q1 FY27 performance and respond to questions from analysts and institutional investors, as investors watch demand signals across domestic and export markets, premium motorcycle sales, margin trends, and management guidance for the rest of the fiscal year.
Ahead of the release, LiveMint Markets cited Motilal Oswal expectations for a sequential margin contraction of 60 basis points to 20.2% in the June quarter, alongside profit growth of 31.5% year-on-year.
Motilal Oswal also pointed to total volumes increasing around 29% year-on-year, helped primarily by exports, with the export mix improving sequentially to 51% from 44.8% in the prior quarter, LiveMint Markets said. The brokerage expects a key offset from favourable currency movement and strong volume growth despite significant raw material pressure.
