Marsh posts 6% revenue growth in second-quarter 2026 results
Marsh said second-quarter net income attributable to the company rose to $1.3 billion, and it repurchased about 4.5 million shares for $750 million.
Marsh reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $7.4 billion, up 6% from the prior-year quarter and 5% on an underlying basis, according to Coverager.
The company said operating income increased 4% to $1.9 billion, while adjusted operating income rose 5% to $2.2 billion. Net income attributable to Marsh reached $1.3 billion, and adjusted earnings per share climbed 9% to $2.96.
Within segments, Risk and Insurance Services revenue totaled $4.8 billion, up 4% on a reported basis and 3% on an underlying basis. Marsh Risk revenue rose 6% to $4.1 billion, with underlying growth of 4% in the US and Canada and 5% internationally.
Coverager also reported that Marsh repurchased about 4.5 million shares for $750 million and that its board increased the quarterly dividend by 10% to $0.99 per share.
