MSIG Europe names new country managers for France and Italy
MSIG Europe appointed Olivier Reiz as Country Manager France and Matteo Brioschi as Country Manager Italy, after receiving regulatory approval.
MSIG Europe, the European insurance platform of MSIG Insurance Europe AG and part of the global MS&AD Insurance Group, has announced changes to its senior leadership team in France and Italy.
The insurer named Olivier Reiz as Country Manager France and appointed Matteo Brioschi as Country Manager Italy, with both appointments made following regulatory approval.
MSIG Europe said the moves support its strategy to strengthen local expertise, deepen relationships with clients and brokers, and back continued growth in key European markets.
Reiz, a qualified actuary with nearly 30 years in insurance, previously held senior roles including Country Manager France at Liberty Specialty Markets and more than 14 years with Chubb, and will lead MSIG Europe’s French operations with priorities including profitable growth and enhancing its specialist market presence. Brioschi previously served as Underwriting Director at MSIG and has been with the company since 2022, and MSIG Europe said he will oversee Italy’s strategic priorities and day-to-day operations, including developing the business and delivering solutions for clients and brokers.
