Regency Centers tops 10 million views for new retailer store-opening series
The 12-part “The Whitebox” program launched in February 2026 and is aimed at first-time entrepreneurs and small operators planning brick-and-mortar locations.
Regency Centers Corp., a grocery-anchored shopping center owner, has surpassed 10 million views for its educational video series “The Whitebox,” which debuted in February 2026, according to Nareit.
The 12-part program is designed to help first-time entrepreneurs, e-commerce brands expanding into physical retail, and smaller operators preparing to open new stores.
Nareit reports the series is intended to fill a gap left by Regency’s earlier Merchant Success Toolkit, a 100-page interactive PDF that focused more on marketing and operations after a store is already open.
The outlet says Regency had set an initial target of 2 million views in the first year, but reached that level within two months, and the series has since expanded its audience across TikTok and YouTube.
