Three Indian IPOs open for subscription on July 23 amid rising GMPs

Indo-MIM’s grey market premium of +195 implies an estimated listing price around ₹680, about 40.2% above its upper price band.

Activity in India’s primary market is picking up as three IPOs, Lohia Corp, Indo-MIM and Xtranet Technologies, are set to open for public subscription on 23 July, with all three having fixed price bands. Lohia Corp Ltd will offer up shares in an offer for sale structure, with a price band of ₹404 to ₹425 per equity share, for an IPO size of ₹1,102 crore. The company’s anchor investor bidding is scheduled for 22 July, and at the top of the band it is valued at around ₹4,500 crore.
