Mesa Entertainment’s The Nox venue targets late 2027 opening
The 70,000-square-foot venue will include a modular concert hall, recording studio, and flexible event space, with capacity up to 2,000 people.
ConnectCRE reports that The Nox, a new large-scale live music and entertainment venue, is under construction in southeast Mesa, Arizona, with an opening date set for late 2027.
The project is planned as a year-round entertainment destination for the Southeast Valley, with programming that includes concerts, comedy, festivals, dinner theater, and corporate events.
The Nox will span about 70,000 square feet and is expected to be designed with a brick and iron look, described as reminiscent of a Chicago warehouse, with an emphasis on acoustics.
According to ConnectCRE, the venue will sit near Ray and Power roads and will feature a modular concert hall, a recording studio, and flexible event space, including a mezzanine-level VIP lounge, plus capacity up to 2,000 people.
