Serhant agent Chloe Tucker Caine to make Broadway debut Aug. 17

Commercial Observer profiles Serhant’s Chloe Tucker Caine, who is set to make her Broadway debut in the musical “Six” on Aug. 17, where she will portray Anne Boleyn.

Caine, 36, is best known for her role on Netflix’s “Owning Manhattan.” She has also appeared off Broadway as Sophie in the national tour of “Mamma Mia!” and as Ginny in “Chasing the Song” at the La Jolla Playhouse.

The story links her real estate career to her theater background, saying she brings performance into brokerage work by creating and performing musical skits to market listings and highlight property features.

Caine attributes her pivot into real estate to the pandemic, when she had been Airbnb-ing her apartment to cover rent while auditioning. She later earned a real estate license, watching “Million Dollar Listing,” and decided to combine her theatrical instincts with the brokerage business.
