Shree Balaji Mala Textiles IPO opens in India with ₹19 crore plan
The IPO is priced in a ₹66 to ₹70 band, with grey market premium rising from ₹14 to ₹19 over three days.
Shree Balaji Mala Textiles Ltd has opened its initial public offering in India, with bidding set to run until 24 July 2026, according to LiveMint Markets. The bookbuilding issue is proposed to list on the BSE SME platform and is planned to raise ₹19 crore through the issuance of only fresh shares.
The company has set its IPO price band at ₹66 to ₹70 per share. A lot for the issue comprises 2,000 shares, and finalization of share allocation is expected on 25 July 2026, with an expected 27 July 2026 allocation date if there is a delay.
Ahead of the BSE SME opening, grey market observers said the shares are trading at a premium of ₹19. They also noted the IPO GMP has increased from ₹14 to ₹19 in the last three days.
KFin Technologies has been appointed as the IPO registrar, while GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited is named as the lead manager. The IPO is expected to list on 29 July 2026.
