Stotan Industrial buys 15 acres for 221,400-square-foot Woodridge project

Construction at 11231 Katherines Crossing began in June 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027.

Stotan Industrial has acquired approximately 15 acres at 11231 Katherines Crossing in Woodridge, Illinois, to develop Stotan Crossings Woodridge, a 221,400-square-foot industrial facility, ConnectCRE reported.

The project’s leasing will be led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago industrial team, including Sean Henrick, Jason West, Ryan Klink, and Connor Niego, according to the outlet.

Construction began in June 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027. The facility will be a single-load building with 36-foot clear height, 27 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, and 41 trailer parking stalls, plus 194 parking spaces.

ConnectCRE said the site is located within the Internationale Business Centre near the I-55 and I-355 interchange. Stotan Industrial Development Manager Blake Waeghe said the location and long term fundamentals were compelling and that the company saw an opportunity to create a modern, high quality asset aligned with market demand.
