LiveMint Markets added that there will be a three-working-day gap between board approval and the record date, with the ex-date set one working day before the record date, and that bonus shares will be listed on a T+2 basis from the record date.

For the dividend, the board recommended Re 0.10 per equity share of face value ₹10, equivalent to 1% of face value, for FY26. LiveMint Markets noted that if shareholders approve at the upcoming annual general meeting, the dividend will be paid from the company’s FY26 profits and credited to eligible shareholders within 30 days of its declaration.
