Citadel Securities is setting up a new center for equity options trading in Amsterdam, expanding its European footprint in one of the continent’s key markets for listed derivatives, according to a report cited by Hedgeweek.

The market making firm, founded by Ken Griffin, is building the European equity options hub as part of a broader expansion of its presence in Europe’s derivatives ecosystem, the outlet said.
