Cowboys owner Jerry Jones sells 17 Cowboys Way office tower

The 313,417-square-foot, 11-story building is 98% leased and was bought by Hobbs Brook Real Estate, FM Investment’s real estate arm.

ConnectCRE reports that Jerry Jones’ real estate company sold a Dallas office tower at 17 Cowboys Way to Hobbs Brook Real Estate, the real estate investment arm of FM Investment.

The deal involves a 313,417-square-foot, 11-story building owned by Blue Star that is currently 98% leased to a mix of tenants, including Fifth Third Bank, Cain Watters & Associates, McAfee and Baker Tilly US.

ConnectCRE also said the property includes on-site amenities such as a fitness center, conference facilities and outdoor gathering spaces, and it is located near The Star’s Omni Frisco Hotel and the Cowboys Club.

The outlet added that Fifth Third plans to later establish its regional headquarters in a new 12-story tower in Preston Center, likely in 2028, while intending to keep its current office space at The Star and in southern Dallas.
