ERA Key Realty Services rolls out redesigned website with new AI search
The Massachusetts brokerage said the revamped platform includes hyperlocal content and SEO tools, as it reported more than $3.85 billion in 2025 sales volume.
ERA Key Realty Services has launched a redesigned website in partnership with RELIANCEai, adding new search capabilities, hyperlocal content, and SEO tools aimed at improving the experience for homebuyers, sellers, and agents. HousingWire reports that the update is also meant to strengthen the brokerage’s digital presence.
The brokerage, based in Massachusetts and part of the HUNT Real Estate ERA family of companies, serves greater Boston, MetroWest, Merrimack Valley, and central Massachusetts. HousingWire also said ERA Key Realty Services closed more than $3.85 billion in sales volume in 2025.
Company leadership framed the rollout as a continuation of a longer relationship with RELIANCEai. HousingWire notes that chief marketing officer Dan Mirsky said the partnership since 2019 made the transition a natural next step, while RELIANCEai COO Nick Villanti said the platform matches ERA Key Realty Services’ goals.
HousingWire additionally pointed to industry context, noting that U.S. foreclosure activity rose again in the first half of 2026, with 227,548 properties receiving filings, up 21% from the same period in 2025, citing ATTOM’s midyear foreclosure report.
